Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all solar panels, batteries, and mounting hardware are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label or your own trackable label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
